This place in the pics looks really nice
When we leave they better clean for tics, fleas, and lice

There might be some accidental holes in the walls
But that’s ok, we’ll have builders there – passed out in the halls

There’ll be eatin’ and drinkin’ and you know what comes next
Everyone’s over thirty - so old - so definitely not sex
Early to bed and late to rise
With bent back, pounding head, and really red eyes

Of course we’ll have way too much funs
Jenn and I’ll bring the paint, cards, and guns
